Thrill of the Hunt
🐝 Meet our September Vendor of the Month: Maggie of Thrill of the Hunt! 🐶
For Maggie, antiquing isn’t just a hobby. It’s something she’s loved since childhood. She grew up spending weekends antiquing with her mom, including special trips “out to the country” to a place you might recognize… Olney Antique Village! ❤️
Years later, Maggie has a booth here of her very own, appropriately named Thrill of the Hunt.
Her space reflects everything she loves about hunting for vintage: English country style, beautiful old pieces, unexpected finds, and an eclectic mix of things she’d happily bring home herself. In fact, she admits that parting with some of her finds is the hardest part!
You’ll also notice a few recurring themes in Maggie’s booth. She has a special love for bees and anything dog-related, inspired in part by the two shorty Jack Russell terriers waiting for her at home.
Maggie also loves working at the Village, where she gets to meet fellow collectors, shoppers, and the other vendors who share her love of old things with a story.
