About the Market:

We are excited to announce the 2026 Rt. 97 Vintage Market at the Olney Antique Village. The Market offers artists, craftsmen, vintage/antique and salvage dealers an opportunity to sell directly to our community. We are looking for a wide variety of interesting offerings for the Market! Please note that we do not accept applications for resale or retail items including direct sales and multi-level sales.

Housed in a historic building from the 1860’s, Olney Antique Village has more than 20 unique dealers treasures, furniture, collectibles, home décor, vintage clothing, costume jewelry, historical finds and ephemera, records, vintage toys and an eclectic array of curiosities. We welcome you to join the fun!

The 2026 Rt. 97 Vintage Market will take place the second Saturday of each month, May – October. The Market is open from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

As a participating vendor, you can expect the following:

We will strive to ensure a variety of vendors at each show.
A pre-assigned 10 ft. by 10 ft. space.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and set-up supplies.
The Market is from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Vendors may set up beginning at 9:00 a.m. and must be set in place and their vehicle moved from the staged area by 9:30 a.m. Vendors are responsible for clean-up of their assigned space and removal of their own trash prior to 5:00 p.m.
Limited access to electricity is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
You are expected to have your own means of receiving payment for your goods.
The Market Manager reserves the right to terminate any/all vendor agreements.
A $40.00 fee (per day) is due with return of the vendor agreement before the day of the market. The fee is non-refundable. The Market is rain or shine, however we will try to arrange a rain date. You can pay by cash, check, or Venmo (@Adele-Branthover)
Olney Antique Village LLC inside vendors sign up to help with Market Setup (road signs, equipment, etc) or clean up (trash, road signs, etc).

Waiver

I certify that I have read, fully understand, and agree to comply with the Olney Antique Market LLC Market Vendor Application/Agreement and that the information I have provided on this application is true and complete. I will be personally responsible for ensuring that the use of my space is carried out in conformance with this application. As a participant in the 2026 Market, I agree that I, or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, together with the organization I represent (if any), hereby waive and release Olney Antique Village, LLC and the organizers of the Market, plus all event partners, sponsors and volunteers, and their representatives, successors and assigns, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Market, even if that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. By signing this application, I authorize my payment to be processed and deposited upon receipt. I understand that if I am not accepted into the Market, a full refund will be issued.
